Have pretty tin/metal tubs full of ice and bottled water for guests as they arrive for your outdoor ceremony (with a trashcan nearby or there will be bottles everywhere…)
Assign someone to cut your cake, and make sure they watch a YouTube video first on how to do it (make sure the bakery sends plates and forks, if you don’t have a caterer doing that).

Make sure your band or DJ or vocalist has a plan for sound and microphones that is customizable depending on your electric and/or WiFi situation. Your guests won’t hear ANY of your vows or music or tear-jerker toasts if the sound is handled incorrectly.
Hire a planner to help you! They’ll know how to solve all of these, and the other ones you haven’t thought of… (such as timeline conflicts, lighting/shadow issues, seating, biting insects, and wind. Do you have any idea how big a problem the wind is?)
